General Information
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled departure or call ahead if you expect delays.
The weather in Maine is famous for it’s uncertainty, so please be prepared for rain or shine. We always hope on getting sun, so a hat, sunblock and sunglasses are encouraged, as is a light jacket or sweater for the occasional cooler day.
In the chance of a light rain, we will continue the trip, however, if rain or wind becomes uncomfortable we will head back to the dock or reschedule your trip.
Feel free to bring food and any alcoholic beverages that you’d like. We have plenty of water onboard.
We do have a bathroom onboard, but remember its a boat head so a bit different then what you are used to. Public restrooms located in the town parking lot are also open daily.
Cancellation policy
If the captain cancels for any reason, a full refund or rebooking will be provided. Cancellations you make less than 48 hours before your trip will not be refunded. No refunds are provided if you miss your reservation.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to alter or cancel your trip.
